The concept of Patient Coordinator is an integral part of patient welfare where in the coordinator ensures that the interdepartmental passage of patients from arrival till completion of treatment is as smooth as possible. It functions as the primary point of contact between dental care professionals & patients.
Such protocol immensely improves patient satisfaction & reduces patient attrition.
Post-covid, this department is handled by Dr. Parwinder Kumar & Dr. Jitender Kaur under the guidance of Dr. Amanish Singh Shinh, Principal, AIDSR
