PROTOCOL OF MEETING

• The committee shall conduct monthly meetings on issues of quality of food/menus and maintenance issues in hostels (meeting should always be in knowledge of principals of college)
• A quarterly executive meeting with DSW along with the principals of all the colleges in month of Jan/April/July/Oct in which Principal of AIMSR would chair the meeting with DSW as Secretary.
• The minutes of meeting shall be addressed to DSW for observation and forwarding to the university
